It snowed all day and evening Friday. The kids used an old shovel as a sled and had a blast using Jenna as a sled dog. It was a real Norman Rockwell experience!
Mady quickly learned that a Florida dog has no idea how to be a sled dog.
While we were having a fantastic time in the snow, the only bad part was that Jordan and his girlfriend could not visit us from NY. Their flight was booked for Friday, and while they could fly into Charlotte, they would never get up to Boone with all the snow on the roads.
